Terms of Use — teulda for Android

This English text is provided for convenience. The Korean version is the binding one; if the two ever disagree, the Korean text governs.
It is free, and it comes without warranty. teulda for Android is provided as it is, and these are the conditions.
1. What it is
teulda does not play music. It shows what your music apps are already playing, in a classic Winamp skin or a plain view, lets you control that playback, and lets you keep a private record of songs on your phone.
2. Using it
You may use it freely, personally or commercially. There is no fee and no account. You may pass the app along as distributed through Google Play. You may not modify and redistribute it, sell it, or release it under another name. Do not use it to break the law or to interfere with other people's services. Copyright in the app belongs to Projectteamforyou.
3. Skins belong to their makers
teulda reads the skin file format but includes no skin artwork. Every .wsz you add is the work of its own author, on that author's terms — add only skins you have the right to use. Skins are copied only into the app's private storage and are never uploaded.
4. Other people's names
Winamp, Spotify, YouTube Music, Melon, Genie, Bugs, FLO, Last.fm, ListenBrainz, Android and Google Play are names or trademarks of their owners. teulda is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any of them. It only reads the media sessions Android exposes after you allow notification access.
5. Notification access
Turning it on is your choice, and you can turn it off at any time in Android Settings; the app then simply shows that nothing is playing. teulda uses it only to read media sessions (see the Privacy Policy) and never reads the content of notifications.
6. No warranty
teulda is provided as is, without warranty of any kind, including that it fits a particular purpose, runs without interruption or is free of errors. To the extent permitted by law, Projectteamforyou is not liable for damages arising from its use. Nothing here excludes liability for damage we cause intentionally or through gross negligence.
7. Changes and ending
Features may change and distribution may stop. Copies you already have keep working, and your record stays on your phone, because nothing is tied to a server.
8. Paid features
Nothing is sold at present. If something is ever sold, the terms of payment, withdrawal and refund will be written here first and in the store listing.
9. Privacy
What the app handles and what it does not is written in the Privacy Policy. In short: what you listened to never leaves your phone.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes go to the courts that the Civil Procedure Act designates.
11. Changes to these terms
If these terms change, we will post the change and its effective date in the app and at https://teulda.com/android/terms.
