돈을 받지 않습니다. 대신 보증도 드리지 않습니다. 틀다는 있는 그대로 드리는 Windows 프로그램이고, 아래는 그 조건을 적은 것입니다.

1. 무엇인가

틀다는 음악을 재생하지 않습니다. Windows 가 이미 재생 중인 것을 클래식 Winamp 스킨(.wsz) 창에 띄우고 조종하는 프로그램입니다. 무엇이 되고 무엇이 안 되는지는 첫 화면과 릴리스 설명에 적어두었습니다.

2. 쓰는 조건

개인적으로든 업무에서든 자유롭게 쓰실 수 있습니다. 사용료도 계정도 없습니다.
받은 그대로 다른 분께 건네주셔도 됩니다. 다만 고쳐서 배포하거나, 값을 받고 팔거나, 다른 이름으로 내놓는 것은 안 됩니다. 무엇이 틀다인지가 흐려지면 사용자가 받은 파일을 믿을 수 없게 됩니다.
프로그램을 뜯어보거나 고치는 것 자체는 막지 않습니다. 소스 저장소는 비공개이며, 배포본에 대한 저작권은 프로젝트팀포유에 있습니다.
법을 어기는 데 쓰거나, 남의 서비스를 방해하는 데 쓰지 마세요.

3. 스킨은 각 제작자의 것입니다

틀다는 스킨 파일 형식을 읽을 뿐, 스킨 아트를 함께 배포하지 않습니다. 받아서 쓰시는 .wsz 는 전부 개별 제작자의 저작물이며, 그 이용 조건은 만든 분이 정합니다. 저희는 그에 관여하지 않습니다.

4. 남의 이름들

Winamp 은 그 상표권자의 것이고 틀다는 그와 아무 관계가 없습니다. 멜론·지니·벅스·FLO·Spotify·YouTube Music 을 비롯해 이 페이지에 나오는 서비스 이름은 각 회사의 것이며, 틀다는 그 회사들과 제휴하거나 승인을 받은 관계가 아닙니다. 틀다는 Windows 가 공개하는 미디어 창구(SMTC)만 읽습니다.

5. 보증하지 않습니다

틀다는 있는 그대로(as-is) 제공됩니다. 특정 목적에 맞는다거나, 끊기지 않는다거나, 오류가 없다는 보증을 드리지 않습니다. 법이 허용하는 한도에서, 틀다를 쓰다가 생긴 손해에 대해 프로젝트팀포유는 책임을 지지 않습니다.

다만 저희가 고의로 또는 중대한 과실로 일으킨 손해에 대해서까지 책임을 면하지는 않습니다.

6. 바뀌거나 그만둘 수 있습니다

기능을 더하거나 빼거나, 배포를 멈출 수 있습니다. 그렇게 되더라도 이미 받으신 파일은 계속 쓰실 수 있고, 당신 PC 안의 기록은 그대로 남습니다 — 서버에 매여 있지 않기 때문입니다.

7. 값을 받는 것

현재 유료로 판매하는 것이 없습니다. 앞으로 값을 받는 것이 생기면 결제·청약철회·환불에 관한 내용을 이 약관에 먼저 적고, 첫 화면에도 알리겠습니다.

8. 개인정보

무엇을 다루고 무엇을 다루지 않는지는 개인정보처리방침에 적어두었습니다. 요약하면 무엇을 언제 들었는지는 당신 PC 밖으로 나가지 않습니다.

9. 준거법과 관할

이 약관은 대한민국 법에 따릅니다. 분쟁이 생기면 민사소송법이 정하는 법원을 관할로 합니다.

10. 바뀔 때

약관이 바뀌면 이 페이지에 바뀐 내용과 시행일을 적어 알립니다.

What it is

teulda does not play music. It displays and controls whatever Windows is already playing, inside a classic Winamp skin window.

How you may use it

Free for personal and commercial use, with no fee and no account. You may pass the program along as you received it. You may not modify and redistribute it, sell it, or release it under another name — if it becomes unclear what teulda is, people can no longer trust the file they downloaded. Copyright in the distributed build belongs to Projectteamforyou.

Skins belong to their makers

teulda reads the skin file format; it does not ship skin artwork. Every .wsz you use is the work of its own author, on that author's terms.

Other people's names

Winamp is the property of its trademark holder and teulda is not affiliated with it. The same goes for MelOn, Genie, Bugs, FLO, Spotify and YouTube Music — teulda is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any of them. It only reads the media desk (SMTC) that Windows itself exposes.

No warranty

teulda is provided as-is, without warranty of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, Projectteamforyou is not liable for damages arising from its use. Nothing here excludes liability for damage we cause intentionally or through gross negligence.

Changes

Features may change and distribution may stop. Builds you already have keep working, and your local record stays yours — nothing is tied to a server. Any change to these terms will be posted on this page with its effective date.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
